Boalsburg, PA

The 19,000 square foot, 40-bed Personal Care Community is located in Boalsburg, PA. The community was designed with a 'neighborhood' plan in mind, with two neighborhoods, each accommodating 20 residents. Each neighborhood includes resident rooms, a day room, linen/laundry area, showers, and an exterior covered porch. The central core of the community features a fellowship area, dining area (with seating for all residents), kitchen, activity rooms, offices, medication/staff area, and a beauty/barber room.

In addition to fulfilling the typical services expected from an architectural firm, Vice President Adam Fernsler also took on roles as one of the owners and developers for the project.
