Fernsler Hutchinson Architecture was established in 1975 by Frederick (Fred) J. Fernsler. Adam R. Fernsler joined the firm in 2007, followed by Nathan J. Hutchinson in 2011.

We take on a wide range of projects, from residential to commercial, including single-family homes, multi-family buildings, retail spaces, offices, industrial facilities, hotels, hospitals, and religious structures. We are proud to design and build spaces that are welcoming, inspiring, and enduring.

Vice President

Adam Fernsler, son of founder Fred Fernsler, brings over 25 years of experience in architecture and construction. His expertise spans various sectors including healthcare, multi-family housing, municipal, and educational projects. Adam's deep understanding of energy conservation and green building processes is crucial in advising clients on designing energy-efficient buildings.

Nathan Hutchinson, AIA, NCARB

Director of Design

Nathan Hutchinson has over 19 years experience as a design architect and project manager. Specializing in office buildings, healthcare facilities, education, industrial, and retail spaces, he delivers creative, cost-effective, and energy-efficient design solutions within budget and on schedule. Nathan leads teams through the design process, manages project documentation, and offers extensive experience in construction administration.
